B&M Construction Company was founded by Ronald Martínez, an engineer educated in top Venezuelan universities with extensive international experience. After moving to the United States, Ronald, along with his wife Aisha Briceño, worked tirelessly to establish a company rooted in family values, integrity, and technical excellence.
Ronald’s engineering and construction leadership, combined with Aisha’s real estate knowledge and operational expertise, created a business capable of offering full-service solutions — from roofing, plumbing, and remodeling to real estate investments and ground-up construction.
